Actions and Indications

To calm the mind, resolve phlegm and dispel wind, to nourish qi and blood. Used for symptoms caused by accumulation and obstruction of sputum such as dizziness, overproduction of phlegm, unclear speech and palpitations. 

Side Effects: Not known

Directions: Taken orally. Take 1-2 capsules each time, twice a day. 

Caution: Use with caution in pregnancy, children, lactation, the elderly and those with bleeding tendency. Avoid overdose. Not for long term usage.
