Traditionally used for general weakness, fatigue, improve appetite, headache, backache and to regulate menstruation. 

Dosage:

For treatment: one pill (10g) each time to be taken with warm water, one time per day. 

For Health Maintenance: One pill each time to be taken with warm water, once in every 3 days. 

If symptoms persist consult a doctor. 

Caution:

Unsuitable for those experiencing cold, diarrhoea or fever. Used with caution in pregnancy.
