Actions: Soothing liver and invigorating spleen, nourishing blood and regulating menstruation.

Indications:  For treatment of impeded flow of liver-qi resulting in irregular menstruation, fullness and pain in chest and hypochondrium, dizziness, poor appetite.

Contraindications: 

1. Do no eat cold and raw food.
